Research Summary
Rosenfield focuses on operations management and strategy. His specific areas of interest include supply chain management and strategy, the strategic impact of the entire range of operations decisions in both manufacturing and services, and the interface between manufacturing and the supply chain. He also focuses on the impact of globalization on operations and the supply chain. Some particular issues include what types of locations and strategies companies follow in developing global strategies and entering new markets. He is the recent coauthor of Operations Leadership, Competing in the 21st Century.
