CyberSpace and the Politics of Globalization


Work on the ‘virtual’ dimensions of globalization revolves around a cluster of research projects focusing on the implications of cyberspace for national and international politics and on knowledge networking in the domain of sustainable development. The Political Science faculty member leading this initiative is Professor Nazli Choucri working closely with faculty from Engineering Systems Division (ESD), the Sloan School of Management and the Computer Ssience and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL). The graduate students come mainly from the Technology & Policy Program, the Sloan School of Management, and the Comparative Media Studies Program.
