Regulation of Genome Expression

Much is now known about the regulation of a few genes, but little is known about genome-wide transcriptional regulatory circuitry. We have developed experimental and computational
methods for rapid discovery of transcriptional regulatory circuitry in living cells. We are now using these methods to identify the transcriptional regulatory code of an organism, the set of sequences utilized by DNA-binding regulators to control genome expression programs.
