Atmospheric State Estimation
Research Summary
Dr. Ravela's Group develops methodology for inference in stochastic processes, with application to the Environment, Ecology and Energy. Particular emphasis is on using machine learning, computer vision and robotics. He is interested in realizing methodological insights by utilizing Statistical Signal Processing & Computational Intelligence for problems in the earth sciences, ecology or energy.
