In this talk, I will begin by presenting a high-resolution 3D in situ sequencing approach (RIBOmap and TEMPOmap) that enables simultaneous mapping of mRNA transcription, export, translation, and degradation of thousands of genes within intact cells and tissues. Following that, I will explore strategies to improve mRNA translation and stability using mRNA-oligonucleotide conjugates, with a focus on their potential biomedical applications.
