Research Summary
Professor Aouad’s research focuses on the intersection of algorithm design under uncertainty, and digital platform operations. Among his recent research is a study of pricing controls and online service platforms, a paper on spatial matching under multihoming (when multiple platforms share the same suppliers, such as a driver who works for both Lyft and Uber), and a collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum in the Netherlands to optimize its exhibits.
