Professor Gordon is an assistant professor in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). He is also a member of CSAIL. His research focuses on designing interactive systems, models, and evaluations for AI alignment and safety. Professor Gordon's work has been recognized with best paper awards at CHI and CSCW, an oral at NeurIPS, and Stanford’s Arthur Samuel Award for Best PhD Dissertation in Computer Science. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Stanford.
