Research Summary
Nitzsche's interests are in applying heat transfer and electrochemistry to solving challenges in energy and sustainability, particularly in high temperature systems. His research with the Hatton group focuses on development of high temperature molten salt based technologies for economical, energy-efficient carbon capture and utilization.
