Helped Brazil's largest e-commerce platform to re-design their urban distribution networks in Sao Paulo and other urban markets to support multiple service speeds from standard to same-day or even instant delivery. Built a large-scale network optimization model that finds the best integrated network structure across multiple service level pipelines and delivery models, including customer pick-up points.
