Working with the world's largest express logistics provider, UPS, on designing and optimizing future last-mile delivery models, and assessing their impact on delivery cost, customer service, and local and regional network design. Quantitative modeling of advanced drone-based and other multi-modal delivery models to derive strategic insights into their optimal design and deployment.
