Mission Wildlife

Mission Wildlife is an AR game (like Pokémon Go) to increase visitor’s awareness and actions about endangered species in the wild, which was deployed on the 100th anniversary of San Diego Zoo. The mobile application allows visitors to trigger 3D animations from the animal signs, get a better understanding of the threats that a specific endangered species is facing, and upload to their social media with specific hashtag to increase public's awareness on certain issues. We hope to solve the problems in the nature by using technologies to create social change.
