The Imaging and Computing Group (ICG) studies the mathematical and numerical challenges of inverse wave scattering.
The group‘s research directions include applied analysis (harmonic, microlocal), computational wave propagation, fast numerical algorithms, optimization methods, and sparse and separated expansions for data representation. Many of the problems we try to solve are inspired from seismic and radar imaging.
