As a part of the research of powering the planet center for chemical innovation, research focuses on (i) design and synthesize novel materials that are electronically and protonically conductive, have excellent light transmittance; (ii) fabricate a functional membrane using layer by layer assembly and test the performance of the assembled membrane, such as hydrogen and oxygen permeability, ionic conductivity.
