NETMIT is Networks at MIT group. NETMIT is part of the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab. In Netmit, we work on building new protocols and architectures that improve the robustness and performance of computer networks. We also work on wireless networks, network security, traffic engineering, congestion control, and routing. We draw on advanced mathematical models to deliver practical network solutions, and have a particular interest in adapting tools from various fields of applied mathematics such as control theory, coding theory, and machine learning to solve problems in computer networks.
