High-Throughput In Vivo Biologics on Animals Engineered with Human Xenografts

In this project, development of a high-throughput in vivo biologics screening platform on humanized tissue is being pursued. The platform will use our recent zebrafish screening technology (Nature Methods, Aug. 2010), which allows high-throughput whole-vertebrate screens at cellular resolution. This project will develop advanced capabilities to allow in vivo biologics screening on zebrafish.
