Model Reduction, Interpolation and Approximation

We develop rigorous and practical mathematical tools and algorithms for model reduction, interpolation and approximation. These tools enable fast design iterations and uncertainty quantification for aerospace vehicles and engineering systems with sufficient fidelity. We are especially interested dealing with high dimensional input spaces that consists of many design and uncertain variables, even input spaces that are described as continuous geometric surfaces and random fields.
