Cell Circuits Program

The Cell Circuits Program brings together a community of scientists who share an interest in deciphering the functions and interactions of critical molecular components in cells. These researchers focus on novel applications of proteomics, RNAi and other technologies, with the goal of systematically reconstructing cellular circuits, linking cell signaling to both gene expression and cell states.

Although a primary focus is on cancer and metabolism, multiple areas of normal and disease biology are pursued.

Part of the efforts of the Cell Circuits Program are given to interrogation “tools,” e.g., the Broad’s RNAi platform and Imaging platform both had their start in this group.
