Executive Education and Professional Development (Professional Development Institute)

Principal Investigator Aruna Joglekar

The Center for Real Estate (CRE), within the School of Architecture and Planning, is expanding its Professional Development Institute (PDI). It is offering a series of Core and Executive courses on many business and technology aspects of real estate development and management.

PDI is for motivated real estate professionals looking to situate themselves on the leading edge of the profession
The program offers a range of short courses that provide innovative, timely, and practical knowledge for active professionals worldwide.

Reflecting MIT's world-class status and strong cross-disciplinary culture, courses explore the art and science of the real estate profession, using expert knowledge drawn from MIT’s School of Architecture, School of Economics, and Sloan School of Management, as well as CRE’s own top-ranked research program.

Each year over 15 short courses are taught on the MIT campus in Cambridge by MIT faculty and industry experts. Small class sizes promote close interaction between faculty and attendees, encouraging thorough and personalized learning.

To foster a dynamic international exchange of ideas while promoting informed real estate development in emerging markets, CRE has initiated a program to bring MIT expertise and experience to a global audience. Click here for more information.
