erformance of multiphoton fluorescence microscope is enhanced with the increase of frame rate (0.5 frame/sec to13 frames/sec). It is useful for the following studies: (1) kinetic event such as flow of blood, (2) statistical study of heterogeneous specimen like human skin, and (3) biological rare event such as mitotic recombination.
