Internet Architecture (QOS, Denial of Service, Inter-Provider Routing)

Principal Investigator David Clark

New architectural frameworks are clearly needed for the Internet to evolve into a more robust infrastructure. The goal of this working group is to convene industry players across the value chain, within the neutral context of CFP's university setting, to achieve consensus on new Internet architectural frameworks and their realization. Topics currently slated for specific consideration within this WG include inter-provider quality of service, response to denial of service (DoS) attacks, the future of Internet routing, and guidelines for Internet application development.
