Adaptive Technology for Information and Computing (ATIC) at MIT

Principal Investigator Kathleen Cahill

ATIC, as part of MIT Information Systems, provides Information Technology (IT) services to MIT students and staff who have disabilities. These users may require alternative access to computers and other technologies to succeed in their careers at MIT.

The ATIC Lab envisions an IT environment that integrates adaptive technologies into its campus-wide computing solutions. To that end, we educate, consult on, and make adaptive technology available to the MIT community. We work closely with the Disabilities Services Office and other MIT departments to achieve a common goal of equal access.
