MIT Video Productions (MVP) is a broadcast-quality video facility involved in the creative, scholarly, promotional, and research applications of video. MVP provides analog and digital video productions to the MIT community and maintains the Video Course Archives - including more than 30 years' worth of courses taught by notable MIT scholars and invaluable laboratory demonstrations. These archives are available to be digitized and incorporated into new programs and formats.

MVP has been producing educational, creative, and research video programs for more than 15 years. The staff understands and responds to the video and multimedia needs of the MIT community. This group is MIT's resource for videotaping and editing: Classroom, lab, and studio demonstrations; Courses, lectures, and symposia; Computer animation, simulation, and digitization; and Recording of special MIT events.
