Research Summary
Ulric's technical research interests span a mixture of computer science, electrical engineering, and aeronautics/astronautics. Specific areas of expertise include network coding, content distribution networks, information theory, computer networking, inference and artificial intelligence, probabilistic modeling, wireless networks, and situationally-aware systems.
