Research Summary
Research focuses on the upsides and downsides of globalization for individuals, groups, and organizations. Specifically, Professor Lu studies how organizationally important constructs -- including creativity, ethics, and leadership -- are influenced by phenomena that are increasingly prevalent across the globe.
Professor Lu's research focuses on culture and globalization, especially on the “Bamboo Ceiling” phenomenon.
