You will also hear the first public read out of the McKinsey & Co. / MIT MIMO Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain AI Adoption Study.

The opportunity for cost reduction, quality improvement and revenue increase from AI implementation in manufacturing and operations has been well documented, however successful implementation requires both strong technical understanding and superior management infrastructure. This symposium is the first in a series to address the implementation issues preventing companies from deploying AI as part of their digitization strategy to yield significant, tangible and lasting results.
