2017 MIT Europe Conference in Vienna

Mind the Gap – Technological Leaps vs. Strategic Steps
March 29-30, 2017

Hosted by   IDE

Conventional corporate strategy sets objectives first and then seeks the means of achieving them, but the rapid pace of technology today has inverted that logic. Corporate strategy must now be grounded in a deep understanding of emerging technology platforms and an understanding what might soon be possible — and what might soon be irrelevant. The 2017 MIT Europe Conference in Vienna will feature presentations by MIT faculty members who are developing technologies with the potential to reshape corporate strategy across industries, from electronics and manufacturing to sales and transportation.
